Shipping Information

At Fyrshop, we work with trusted vendors worldwide to deliver your orders quickly and securely. This page outlines our shipping standards for both shoppers and vendors.

For Shoppers

  • Order Processing: Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery Times: Domestic orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays.
  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, sent via email and available in your Fyrshop account.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination. Some items qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Returns: If something isn’t right, you can request a return through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.

For Vendors

  • Vendors are responsible for packing, labeling, and shipping their own products.
  • Orders must be shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Tracking numbers must be provided within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Fragile or high‑value items should be packaged securely and insured if necessary.
  • Vendors may use Fyrshop’s optional shipping classes (Small & Light, Standard, Heavy/Bulky, Fragile, Free Shipping, Digital) to align with marketplace standards.
  • Vendors must comply with Fyrshop’s RMA policy for returns and refunds.

General Notes

  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local couriers.
  • Customs duties and import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Fyrshop monitors vendor shipping performance to ensure a reliable experience for all customers.
