This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled on Fyrshop. Vendors are responsible for their own store policies, but all must meet the minimum standards outlined here.

Overview
Fyrshop is a marketplace platform. Each vendor sets their own return and refund policy, but all vendors must comply with this minimum standard. Fyrshop itself does not sell products and is not liable for vendor obligations.
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the vendor.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return process
- Contact the vendor directly through your order page to request a return.
- The vendor will provide instructions and a return address.
- Shoppers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the vendor confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Fyrshop does not issue refunds directly.
Exclusions
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
Vendor responsibilities
- Clearly state return and refund policies on their store page.
- Provide timely responses to shopper return requests.
- Process refunds promptly once items are received.
- Comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
Shopper responsibilities
- Review vendor policies before purchasing.
- Follow vendor instructions for returns.
- Cover return shipping costs unless the vendor is at fault.
Limitation of liability
Fyrshop is not liable for vendor obligations, product quality, or disputes. Vendors are independent sellers responsible for their own return and refund practices. Fyrshop’s role is limited to providing the platform and facilitating communication.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Fyrshop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
