General Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund Policy

Partial Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
