How do I place an order?

Browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. Vendors do not handle your card details directly.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.

What is the return/refund policy?

Each vendor sets their own return policy. Please review the vendor’s store page before purchasing. Refunds are processed once the vendor confirms receipt of returned items.

Who do I contact for order issues?

Contact the vendor directly through the “Contact Vendor” button on the product or order page. If unresolved, escalate to Fyrshop Support at support@fyrshop.com.

For Vendors

How do I become a vendor?

Apply via the Become a Vendor page. Once approved, you can set up your store, upload products, and start selling.

What fees does Fyrshop charge?

Fyrshop charges a commission on each sale. The exact percentage is shown in your vendor dashboard. There are no hidden fees.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Go to your Vendor Dashboard → Withdraw. You can request payouts via PayPal or bank transfer once you meet the minimum threshold.

What products can I sell?

You may sell legal, safe products that comply with Fyrshop’s policies. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, restricted substances, and unsafe products.

How do I handle disputes with shoppers?

Communicate with the shopper directly to resolve issues. If unresolved, Fyrshop Support may step in to mediate. Vendors are responsible for honoring their store policies.

General Questions

Is Fyrshop responsible for products sold?

No. Fyrshop is a platform only. Vendors are independent sellers responsible for their products, descriptions, and fulfillment. Fyrshop is not liable for disputes or product issues.
