Introduction

Overview

Fyrshop is a marketplace platform. Each vendor sets their own return and refund policy, but all vendors must comply with this minimum standard. Fyrshop itself does not sell products and is not liable for vendor obligations.

Conditions

Eligibility for returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the vendor.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Steps

Return process

  • Contact the vendor directly through your order page to request a return.
  • The vendor will provide instructions and a return address.
  • Shoppers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Payments

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the vendor confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Fyrshop does not issue refunds directly.

Exclusions

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
