Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Fyrshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Platform role
Fyrshop is a marketplace platform connecting independent vendors and shoppers. We do not manufacture, store, ship, or guarantee products. All transactions are directly between vendors and shoppers.
Accounts & eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Vendor obligations
- Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including product safety, labeling, and tax obligations.
- Vendors are solely responsible for product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment.
- Vendors must not infringe intellectual property rights or sell prohibited items.
- Vendors are independent entities and not employees or agents of Fyrshop.
Shopper obligations
- Shoppers must provide accurate shipping and payment information.
- Shoppers are responsible for reviewing vendor policies before purchasing.
- Disputes regarding products must be resolved directly with the vendor.
Transactions & payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Fyrshop does not store full payment details. Vendors receive payouts subject to withdrawal policies. Fyrshop is not liable for payment delays caused by banks or processors.
Limitation of liability
- Fyrshop provides Services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Fyrshop is not liable for product quality, safety, legality, or delivery.
- Fyrshop is not liable for vendor or shopper conduct, misuse of data, or disputes.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyrshop disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any liability that cannot be disclaimed is capped at the lesser of amounts paid to Fyrshop in the past 12 months or the statutory minimum.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and technology on Fyrshop are owned by Fyrshop or its licensors. Vendors retain rights to their own content but grant Fyrshop a license to display it on the platform. Unauthorized use of Fyrshop’s intellectual property is prohibited.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Users may close their accounts at any time. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred, such as outstanding payments or disputes.
Governing law
