Fyrshop reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access for violations or misleading content.

Returns and refunds are governed by each vendor’s individual policies; Fyrshop does not mediate resolutions.

Fyrshop may collect platform fees from vendor sales as outlined in the Vendor Subscription Agreement.

Vendors are responsible for defining shipping classes, rates, and timelines.
Fyrshop is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

Post or sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items
Engage in harassment, fraudulent behavior, or abuse
Circumvent Fyrshop’s fees or policies
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.

All content, branding, design elements, and graphics on are copyrighted and may not be reused without written permission.
